Mr. T.H.L. (Tom) Kneepkens is one of the founders of the firm. He graduated with a law degree (with honours) specialised in Criminal Law at Maastricht University, while at the same time taking a spcialised master degree in Forensics, Criminology and Administration of Justice. During his studies, mr. Kneepkens worked as a registrar at the criminal justice sector and the cabinet of the examining magistrate of the Maastricht court. He also followed the specialization course in military law at the University of Amsterdam and the specialization course in criminal law at the Vrije Universiteit Law Academy. As a guest lecturer, he has taught at the Moot Court of Leiden University and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

Mr. Kneepkens works in criminal practice and handles cases in the field of financial-economic criminal law. The clients mr. Kneepkens assists are private individuals, military personnel as well as companies and their directors in financial-economic (cross-border) criminal cases. He also regularly assists clients in extradition and surrender procedures.

Mr. Kneepkens is a member of the Dutch Association of Criminal Lawyers (NVSA), the European Criminal Bar Association (ECBA) and the European Fraud and Compliance Lawyers (EFCL). He speaks Dutch, German, English, French and Luxembourgish.
