Military Criminal Law
Everyone can come into contact with criminal law. This also applies to military personnel who run even greater risks than civilians. In addition to the Criminal Code, the Military Penal Code and the Military Disciplinary Code also apply to the military. Soldiers who come into contact with (military) criminal law and receive a subpoena are brought before the military subdistrict court, police judge or multiple military chamber of the court in Arnhem.
It is necessary to be assisted by a specialized lawyer. A conviction can have far-reaching consequences for the soldier and even lead to dismissal. It is therefore essential to avoid proceedings before the military courts or to limit the consequences as much as possible. Our lawyers specialize in military criminal law and regularly assist military personnel and people who work for defense and government. We are happy to advise you.
