Mr. drs. M.D. (Mark) Rijnsburger

Mr. M.D. (Mark) Rijnsburger studied Law and Criminology at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where he completed his Master cum laude. From 2012 onward he worked as a lawyer at Van Oosten Advocaten (later VOSDK Advocaten). As of 1st January 2020 he became one of the founders of Jansen Kneepkens Rijnsburger Advocaten.

Mr. Rijnsburger handles general (youth) criminal cases and also focuses on cassation proceedings. He represents individuals, professionals and companies that come into contact with government enforcement. This enforcement can take the form of criminal prosecution, administrative enforcement or disciplinary liability. Mr. Rijnsburger also represents the interests of companies and private individuals who experience problems under the Bibob Act, private individuals who are confronted with issues involving their driving license (both criminal and administrative (CBR)) and the issues surrounding the Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG).

Mr. Rijnsburger recently followed the specialization course in criminal law at the Pompe Institute of Utrecht University. He is a member of the Dutch Association of Criminal Lawyers (NVSA).
